This weekend the boys from Corvette Racing are at historic Lime Rock Park for the 2018 Northeast Grand Prix. As this a GT-race only, it’s a fantastic opportunity for the C7.Rs to go for the overall race win!

This is the third race of IMSA’s three-race schedule in the Northeast and the points race is tighter than ever! Antonio and Jan are in the no. 2 spot in the Drivers Championship race and are just 6 points behind Richard Westbrook and Ryan Briscoe of the No. 67 Ford GT. In the Manufacturer standings, Chevrolet is second and is 8 points behind first-place Ford.

This weekend’s coverage on TV will again be tape delayed, but only by an hour so use our links to follow the race during that blackout period. (I try to watch the onboard cameras so hopefully, the one on the Corvette C7.R will work better this weekend than it did at CTMP.) Thanks again to our friend Charley Robertson of the Corvette Racing Fans page on Facebook for these racing links to help all the Jake fans to keep up with the action.
