The next Corvette raffle at the National Corvette Museum takes place next Thursday, January 12th at 2pm Central time. This time around the lucky winner claims a brand new 2017 Grand Sport Collector Edition Coupe. Tickets are $250 each, and as of January 4th, just less than half of the 1,000 tickets had been sold.
The Collector Edition GS comes with all of the standard Grand Sport fare including the 6.2 liter, 460hp LT1 engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, multi-mode exhaust, Magnetic Selective Ride Control w/ Performance Traction Management, Carbon Flash ground effects, and the Competition Sport Seats. You’ll also get the 3LT trim package, navigation system, Performance Data Recorder, and the curb view front cameras. The lucky winner will also participate in the RPO R8C Corvette Museum Delivery.
The Collector Edition Package will be offered on only 1,000 cars. The attractive option package adds on Watkins Glen Gray Metallic paint, the Satin Black Grand Sport full-length racing stripe, Tension Blue hash marks, Carbon Flash badge package, and black wheels with black brake calipers. Inside Collector Edition Grand Sports receive the stunning two-tone Tension Blue seats, carbon fiber dash trim, premium floor mats with the Grand Sport Logo, and a numbered plaque showing where this car falls within the run of 1,000.
You’ll probably never get the chance to buy a 2017 Collector Edition GS for $250 again so head on over to the NCM’s website to grab your ticket. As of January 4th, just 423 of the 1,000 available tickets had been sold. Correction: 424 tickets have been sold as I just purchased one.
