Late this afternoon we received word about a Corvette accident in Folsom, California that may have been at the Cars and Coffee event. We don’t really have any details other than the photos from the organizers’ Facebook page which tells you just about everything you need to know:
He went full Mustang. Never go full Mustang at a Cars and Coffee.

Corvettes and Sebring just go well together. Ask anyone who has come down for the 12-hour race and they will tell you its an experience like no other. Of course, the place to be is the Corvette Corral and that’s where we were on the Friday prior to the race. Our main motivation for the day was to hear the pre-race talk from Corvette Racing’s Doug Fehan who was on point as always.

On Thursday we introduced a video from GM World Class Technician Paul Koerner of Key Chevrolet in Middletown, CT who had a 1999 Corvette up on the lift and saw multiple leaks from the drivetrain. News comes this week that the 2019 Corvette ZR1’s track record at Road Atlanta has fallen to the Porsche 911 GT2 RS and it wasn’t really close according to the video you’re about to see.

Check out the awesome exhaust note on this red C5 Corvette coupe as it zooms past on video captured in Miami, Fla., early Thursday morning.
Unfortunately, that sound was also accompanied by sirens of Miami-Dade Police units giving chase on the ground and in the air.

Back in 1973, Rex and Kay Hatton were newlyweds, making quite the lovely couple in their black 1969 Corvette convertible.
But their picture-perfect love story suddenly took a turn for the worse when someone stole their Corvette.
“Let the buyer beware” is no more important than when someone is buying a classic car like, say, a C2 Corvette.
That’s the takeaway from a recent story in the New York Post detailing how counterfeit carmakers are scamming enthusiasts of all brands of collector cars.
The owner of this 2008 C6 Z06 calls it “No Doubt the Best 2008 Z06 In the World, Period!”
It would be hard to argue with him based on the fact that this very sharp red Corvette with two-tone titanium and black interior has covered just 81 miles – yes, just 81! – and even has the window sticker on the glass!
