We spent last weekend in Chicago perusing all the great cars at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN). As usual, the show didn’t disappoint. Corvettes were sprinkled throughout the Donald E. Stephenson convention center. The show also gives us the opportunity to share another special edition of Midyear Monday.
The Corvette Legends display contained 5 of the 20 1967 L88’s built, several L71 1967’s and a pair of Guldstrand GS90’s. The Hot Rod Barn showed off a sinister restomodded 1965 convertible outfitted with a current generation 650hp LT4 under the hood. Midyear Corvettes made up the vast majority of Corvette Central’s Triple Diamond display and one of Zora’s L88 development cars was shown off as well. Boy, if only that car could talk!
Before you get too deep into turkey day planning, we offer our MCACN flavored Midyear Monday gallery for your perusal below.
