Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingrays and Z06s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top Corvette seller.
In this week’s dispatch, Mike shares photos from a customer who picked up his Corvette Stingray at the National Corvette Museum. A Blue Corvette Z06 goes to a serviceman and a White Z06 is being delivered to the customer’s door via Plycon Van Lines. Mike also shares photos from the Corvettes on the Bay show he attended last week.
~Nathan C of Alexandria, VA stopped in last week to complete the paperwork/payment process of his new 2015 Stingray as the other day was Corvette Museum delivery day! ~Jim D of Massapequa, NY was referred to me by another Long Island, NY customer that has purchased a dozen vehicles from me. Jim factory ordered a 2015 Z06 cpe in Arctic White with Black interior and Carbon Flash full length stripes, Black calipers, Z06 Black alum wheels, 2LZ pkg and 8spd Auto trans. I gave Jim a sight unseen trade number on his 2008 Jetstream Blue Cpe and this past week he and his step son drove down and met me at Criswell 9am for delivery.
~Brian W of Elk Grove, Calif. placed his Factory order for a new 2015 Stingray and ordered the Plant Photo album of the complete build. His Stingray just rolled off the line and the Factory shared some great pictures from the production line.
~Bobby L of Alexandria, VA had his Father assist him with his factory order as he was stationed in Africa for two years. His Father thought he had an order with another Chevrolet dealer but they couldn’t get a Z06 allocation…finally that Manager told him to call me. Bobby ordered a new 2015 Z06 cpe in Laguna Blue with Black Competition seats and Chrome wheels with 7spd manual trans and 2LZ pkg.
~Charly B of Sutter, Calif was in the right place at the right time. Last week he contacted me just as an extra 2015 Z06 cpe with 8spd Auto Trans became available. Arctic White with Adrenaline Red interior, 3LZ pkg, Transparent roof and Charly will be receiving it via Plycon Trucking straight to his driveway.
~Today in the service lane…65 Sting Ray (body shop) and a New C7 Stingray (Service).

~Last Saturday I attended the "Corvettes on the Bay" Corvette Show held by the Corvette Annapolis Vette Club. They did a fantastic job for this event. Only 100 Corvettes permitted and it is a great venue for a Corvette show. Pictures courtesy of Collin MacDonald (Stingray Z51 customer of mine).
-driving to the event with Rock and Steve an 18 Vette caravan from Pittsburgh tucked in behind us which you can see in my side view mirror.
~Kev F of Maryland visited Spring Mountain Race Track in Pahrump, NV. In his own words-"Good morning Mike, I hope all is well. I wanted to let you know that my wife and I both took the "new owner’s" driving school at Spring Mountain. It was a great experience for both of us! My wife was a little leery at first but came around quickly. That car truly is a remarkable piece of engineering! The only downside is that the class made me wish I had picked the performance data recorder… Oh well next time." KF
