[VIDEO] Jesse Iwuji's Cinematic Downhill Touge Run in ZR1 Borrowed from Chevy

Jesse Iwuji just introduced us to a new “driving” word in this cool cinematic video showcasing a Sebring Orange Corvette ZR1 Coupe.

TOUGE – A Japanese word for “mountain pass,” it’s also used in describing the driving culture and style of those around them. Another apt description I read also describes the unpredictability of driving around blind corners and having to anticipate oncoming traffic.

The video captures the ZR1 as Jesse makes a downhill touge run on a curvy two-lane road. Multiple cameras captured the action, as the viewer is transported from a wide drone shot to being inside the ZR1 as it twists and turns on its descent.

For those asking for more from Jesse and this ZR1, he responds that GM loaned it to him, “so don’t expect to go street racing or anything crazy like that lmao

.

Not that we don’t appreciate hearing from Jesse, but there is no talking in the film. Just the exhaust note and that soaring majestic music that comes standard whenever you describe a video as “cinematic.”
