“Pip, pip, cheerio, my good man, and all that good stuff.”

If you’re a Londoner with a soft spot for America’s favorite mid engine supercar, listen up: Corvette is officially getting its own dedicated C8 showroom in the UK, opening later this summer at the new Clive Sutton dealership at Staples Corner in northwest London.

General Motors has signed off on the project, giving UK buyers a proper home base to explore the full Corvette lineup. As Clive Sutton himself puts it, “We’re proud to bring Corvette to London and to offer customers an ownership experience backed by full warranty, finance, and aftersales care.” His team aims to deliver a personalized, confidence building buying process—whether you’re a longtime Sutton client or discovering Corvette for the first time.

Customers can already spec out their cars using the new online configurator at CliveSuttonCorvette.co.uk, with select models available immediately and factory order deliveries beginning in October. Corvette will join Sutton’s growing GM Specialty Vehicles portfolio, which already includes Cadillac and Chevrolet SUVs and trucks.

Jean Pierre Diernaz, GM Europe’s managing director and CMO, says London is the perfect stage: “It feels like a natural place for Corvette to grow its presence in the UK. More customers will have the chance to discover what makes Corvette so special—bold design, everyday usability, and impressive performance.

Sutton’s operation will offer specialist Corvette finance options, accessories, and full aftersales support, including servicing and parts for all generations of Corvette. The dedicated configurator allows buyers to build a complete UK spec car online, with every model backed by full warranty coverage.

The UK lineup will launch with the mid engine Corvette Stingray (from £97,570), followed by the all wheel drive Corvette E Ray hybrid (from £156,430) and the 646 hp Corvette Z06 (from £182,730).

GM appointed Clive Sutton earlier this year to lead the UK retail expansion of GM Specialty Vehicles—marking the first time these models have had an official distributor in the country. For British buyers craving American muscle and modern supercar performance, Sutton is positioning himself as the go to destination.

  1. Interesting. Their configurator shows last year’s 6.2L engine for the Stingray. Also has E-Ray. Is Chevrolet still building those?
