Our friends at Wheel Craft will be showing off a wide range of their custom Corvette wheels at the 2025 Bloomington Gold Show in Madison, Illinois on June 5-7. If you are attending the “granddaddy of Corvette Shows,” please stop by their tent and say hello. They will be set up at the World Wide Technology Raceway with a display featuring many of the different finishes they offer. When we did our Wheel Craft chrome wheel exchange for our E-Ray wheels, it was such an easy process. Wheel Craft sent me the new Chrome E-Ray wheels packed safely in four boxes, and they can send your new wheels directly to you, your dealership, or your tire store. I made an appointment with my Chevy dealer and two hours later I was driving home in style with my new chrome wheels! My original OEM Pearl Nickel wheels were put into those same boxes. All I had to do then was slap on the return shipping labels provided by Wheel Craft and drop them off at a UPS Store. Two days later I got a confirmation from Wheel Craft saying my wheels had been received and we were all set. Like I said, it’s a very easy process to add Wheel Craft’s beautiful Chrome or Black Chrome wheels to your Corvette.
Wheel Craft transforms Chevy’s factory OEM wheels with Chrome, Black Chrome, or other custom tints using a process called Physical Vapor Deposition which adds micro-thin layers of chrome onto the wheel’s surfaces while it’s sealed inside a vacuum chamber. That process creates an inseparable bond between the chrome finish and the aluminum wheel surface while also providing protection from brake dust burns and discoloration. After inspection, they are covered with an acrylic clear coat to protect the finish. Wheel Craft’s PVD finishes are easy to clean with soap and water and are fully guaranteed under their exclusive five-year warranty.
