The National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky has finished second in USA Today’s 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards for 2025 in the “10Best Attractions for Car Lovers” category.
The annual contest asked readers to rank their 10 best across several travel and lifestyle categories after a panel of experts had made nominations in awards covering food and drink, shopping, sports and outdoors, travel destinations, lodging, attractions, and more.
“Automobile enthusiasts will find a collection of more than 70 Corvettes in period settings alongside numerous interactive exhibits,” USA Today said about the NCM. “Visitors can even get behind the wheel in their Corvette Racing simulator.”
The Savoy Automobile Museum in Cartersville, Georgia topped the list of 10Best Attractions for Car Lovers.
Others in the top 10 were Revs Institute (Naples, Florida), America’s Transportation Experience / AACA Museum (Hershey, Pennsylvania), National Automobile Museum (Reno, Nevada), Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), Museum of American Speed (Lincoln, Nebraska), Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation (Dearborn, Michigan), Petersen Automotive Museum (Los Angeles, California), and America’s Car Museum (Tacoma, Washington).
Also included was a poll of the 10Best Car Shows, led by Cruisin’ the Coast (Mississippi Gulf Coast), followed by Triple Crown of Rodding (Lebanon, Tennessee), MSRA Back to the 50’s Weekend (St. Paul, Minnesota), The Amelia Concours d’Elegance (Amelia Island, Florida), NSRA Street Rod Nationals (Louisville, Kentucky), Renaissance Euro Fest (Ridgeland, Mississippi), Iola Car Show (Iola, Wisconsin), Woodward Dream Cruise (Detroit, Michigan), Eastern Division AACA National Fall Meet (Hershey, Pennsylvania), and Hot August Nights (Reno, Nevada).
