Just a couple more weeks to go before Corvettes at Carlisle and we are making plans to check out some of the great vendors who are displaying their Corvette parts and accessories during the show. That includes our friends from E5 Wheels who will once again be set up on the Manufacturers Midway.
You’ll definitely want to stop by the E5 Wheels booth at Carlisle and say hello to Dante, who is the driving force behind the brand and a fun guy to talk Corvettes and wheels with. E5 Wheels specializes in wheels only for Corvettes, and any of their three designs would transform the looks of your Corvette while also providing a level of customization that makes it your own. Come visit them at Carlisle and see for yourselves!
E5 Wheels has three specific wheel designs offered in multiple finishes. Check them out below and make sure you visit the E5 Wheels Gallery to see how these designs look on actual customer Corvettes.
The Sebring
Dante sent us these new photos of The Sebring Wheel on this 2024 Corvette Stingray. It’s wearing a staggered 20/21-inch setup in Titanium Brushed Tint, and they are also available in the standard size of 19/20-inch wheels. The specific front and rear sizes are:
• 19X9 | 20X11
• 20X9 | 21X12
The Sebring Wheel was first introduced in mid-2023. The design features 20 spokes radiating outward from the center and offering the perfect fusion of style and performance. The flow form construction offers superior performance while the unique design will have you smiling every time you see them on your car.
These custom wheels from E5 are available in three different finishes to match whatever look you’re going for. Will it be the Titanium Brushed, Brushed Bronze or Gloss Black? Whichever finish you choose, your C8 Corvette will definitely stand out at the next car show or enthusiast gathering.
The Sebring Wheel is offered for $2,500 for sets of 19/20-inch wheels and $2,900 for the 20/21-inch wheels. Each set includes matching E5 center caps, or you can add your own.
The Daytona
E5 Wheels first Corvette design to hit the market was The Daytona, and we have to say that they hit it out of the park with a wheel that reminds us of the OEM “Cup” style wheels offered previously, yet these are much more sophisticated. The Daytona offers a winning combination of strength and lightweight performance while the spun forged manufacturing process ensures you’ll enjoy the wheel’s exceptional quality for years to come.
The Daytona is offered in the three finishes: Titanium Brushed, Bronze Brushed Tint, and Gloss Black. Each wheel features a matching E5 center cap. Prices for The Daytona starts at $2,500 for 19/20-inch sets of four, and they are also available in 20/21-inch sets for $2,900.
The Speedway
Are you ready to step up your C8 Stingray’s game? The Speedway offers a seven-spoke modern design which provides both strength and elegance. These modern spun forged performance wheels remind us of the C8 Z06’s OEM Spider alloy wheels. But there is much more to the Speedway wheel from how the spokes are laid out for providing optimal strength to the hallowed accents that gives it a luxurious, refined appearance.
Wake up your Corvette with The Speedway wheel from E5, available in three finishes that includes Titanium Brushed, Brushed Bronze, or Gloss Black. The Speedway fits both C8 Corvette Stingray and is available in 19/20-inch or 20/21-inch sets. Pricing starts at $2,500 per set of 19/20-inch sets or go bigger with 20/21-inch sets for $2,900.

FYI: The choice between cast, flow formed, and forged wheels ultimately comes down to your priorities, budget, and intended use. If affordability is paramount, cast wheels offer a cost-effective option with plenty of design choices. For those seeking a balance of performance and affordability, flow formed wheels provide a compelling solution. However, if you demand the best in strength, weight savings, and performance, forged wheels are the clear choice.
Note: Flow formed and rotary forge wheels are exactly the same.
(My base-model 2/2016 C7 aftermarket wheels are rotary forged wheels)
Many thanks,
Ray
