While some Corvette restorations can take years to accomplish, we promise you can watch this 1967 Corvette undergo its transformation from Barn Find to Show Car in just over four minutes, thanks to this video from Custom Classics Automotives and Restoration.
The car was said to have been raced by its owner for more than 20 years and it had been parked many years after it was damaged due to striking a deer. In addition to its front end damage, the car’s original 427 V8 was long gone as well, and it had at some point been painted white.
The folks at Custom Classics Automotives and Restoration went to work on the car, fixing the front-end damage, removing the flared fenders and returning the car to its original color, Goodwood Green. The motor was built up and “they went a little overboard” by making it a high compression big block engine that requires racing gas.
As for the interior, it was provided a make-over as well with the black leather seat covers. The shop was able to reuse many of the parts that came with the car and refurbished all the stainless steel trim in-house.
