Six more names will become members of the Sebring Hall of Fame in March, including a racer with deep ties to the Corvette world. Canadian Ron Fellows is among those who will be inducted during a March ceremony.

The 64-year-old Fellows, of course, has the distinction of being one of the few people to have a special edition Corvette named in his honor. In 2007, Chevy honored the legendary racer for his outstanding career by producing the Ron Fellows ALMS GT1 Z06, the first signed limited edition in Corvette history. Only 399 of these cars (including 33 that were sold in his home country) were produced in Arctic White with Monterey Red front fender stripes and unique interior and exterior trim.

He also owns the Ron Fellows Performance Driving Schools, which offer a discounted rate for new Corvette owners to learn more about the capabilities of their high-performance sports cars.

Other 2024 Hall of Fame inductees will be brothers Sam and Miles Collier, road racing pioneers who helped begin the 12 Hours of Sebring; the North American Racing Team (NART) of Ferrari dealer Luigi Chinetti, who himself competed in the first Sebring race in 1950; John Fitzpatrick, co-driver of the winning team with Dick Barbour in 1980 of the 12 Hours of Sebring; and Dr. Paul Wallace, who was medical director at Sebring for four decades and a founding member of the American Association of Automotive Medicine.

The newest members of the Hall of Fame will be inducted before the start of the 72nd Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring on Saturday, March 16.

Fellows will also be honored during a seminar on Friday, March 17 at 9:30 a.m. in the Gallery of Legends in the paddock at Sebring International Raceway, where vintage race cars will also be displayed daily March 13-16.

The Sebring Hall of Fame began in 2002 at the 50th running of the 12 Hours of Sebring, with inductions held every other year thereafter.
