ACS C8 Stingray Rear Diffuser Insert

One of the latest aero accessories introduced by ACS Composite for the C8 Corvette Stingray are the Rear Diffuser Inserts that are affixed to the lower rear fascia of the car. Say goodbye to the bland rear valence and add a bold aggressive look with this cutting-edge diffuser conversion. The diffuser not only enhances the rear of your Corvette, the race-inspired design improves aerodynamics by reducing turbulence and directing fast-moving air away from the car’s undercarriage.

These C8 Corvette Stingray Rear Diffuser Inserts were specifically designed to fit the rear valence of the Stingray. The diffusers are manufactured by ACS Composite using their proprietary PC Composite material that is mold injected to create the new aero parts. The diffusers are finished in Carbon Flash Metallic to match the Stingray’s trim, or you can offer a bold look by selecting one of the body colors available that include Torch Red, Arctic White, Sebring Orange, Red Mist or primer. Like most ACS Composite aero accessories, the C8 Stingray Rear Diffuser Inserts are easy to install. The modification does require four holes to be drilled on the unpainted undercarriage pan and it’s completely reversible! We’ve seen these in person while at Carlisle this year and they look even better than the photos show, offering an integrated look as well as an OEM finish.

ACS C8 Rock Guards

Give your Corvette the best protection against rocks and road debris with ACS Composite’s C8 Rock Guards for the Corvette Stingray. Designers of the C8 Corvette gave it a bit of the traditional “Coke bottle” shape as the Stingray’s rear end is wider to accommodate the larger rear tires as well as offer the ability for the side air intakes to capture as much air as possible. That design lends itself for the front Michelins to pick up rocks and road debris and launch it rearward against the side of your car. Costly paint protection film can help minimize the damage to your exterior paint after the rock has hit your paint while ACS Rock Guards help eliminate the threat altogether.


Utilizing GM’s stock accessory splash guards as a starting point, ACS Composite’s C8 Rock Guards builds on that design for added protection with features that include a wider edge, a bladed shield that helps control rocks and road debris inside the wheel well, and an added downward extension that provides great stopping power front and back. The Rock Guards are made from PC Composite material and are designed to withstand impacts as rocks are deflected away from your car. ACS tells us their C8 Rock Guards provides double the protection area over the standard OEM mud flaps offered by GM.


Installation is easy and takes as little as 30 minutes as the C8 Rock Guards use the stock OEM mounting points in the wheel wheels so no drilling or two-sided tape is required. ACS 1VM C8 Front Splitter

If you’re ready to start upgrading your C8 Corvette Stingray, ACS composite offers more choices than anyone when it comes to updating the front splitter. ACS Composite’s 1VM Front Splitter was designed as an intermediate splitter that slots between the entry-level 3-piece OEM Z51 Splitter and GM’s carbon fiber 5VM Splitter, so it has a more aggressive design than the Z51 spoiler but is still a bit more conservative than the 5VM. The 1VM Splitter’s one-piece design also eliminates visible seams and foregoes the winglets on each corner to give it a sleek, wraparound fit.


The 1VM Front Splitter was developed in-house by the design team at ACS Composite and it’s made from ACS Composite’s proprietary PC Composite material which is very strong and durable so it will withstand minor impacts, scrapes and heat distortion. Following its manufacture, the one-piece 1VM is then painted in Carbon Flash Metallic to match all the trim components on your Corvette. The 1VM Front Splitter offers the same width and ground clearance as the other ACS C8 splitters.


If you’re adding a Front Splitter from ACS Composite to your Corvette, you should also consider adding the ACS Composite Undertray System for superior protection and enhanced aerodynamics for your Corvette Stingray. ACS has also engineered optional Scrape Guards that are installed on the underside of the undertray, and they take the impact when the front splitter bottoms out.
