Surprise, surprise! We got an unexpected update to share regarding Corvette sales through the Top 10 Corvette Dealers.

This chart once again features the Corvette deliveries by month for the Top 10 Dealers through the end of August 2023. Our last update came at the end of June 2023 covering the first six months of the year. While none of the dealers moved out of their previous Top 10 positions since the last update, we have seen some serious numbers coming from MacMulkin which solidifies their position as the World’s Largest Corvette Dealer for the second year in a row.

Over the last two months, MacMulkin has added 359 new Corvette deliveries compared to the 170 for runner-up Ciocca Corvette of Atlantic City. Currently, MacMulkin has a 29.7% market share of the Top 10 dealer’s Corvette deliveries which totals 3,553 since the beginning of the calendar year.

All of the Top 10 Corvette Dealers sell new customer-ordered Corvettes at MSRP and it’s one of the ways these dealers stay in the Top 10 with these kinds of sales numbers year after year.

With the Stingray starting up year five of production, many of these dealerships still have extensive lists they are working through, which is why smart buyers need to continue checking in with their local and regional dealers regarding new Corvette availability. We talked with a Z06 buyer at Carlisle who had all but given up on getting a car when he got a call from his small local dealership saying Chevy had presented them with a “bonus allocation” which would be built before the end of 2023. As the meme goes, there is always a chance…

  1. So the Top 10 Dealers have been provided 6.7% (Just over 3,550 cars) of the overall production for 2023, being just over 53,000 cars. Where did the other 47,000 cars go? Seems very low for the Top 10 Dealers. There’s a whole lotta smaller dealers that are getting one of two of ten that make up the difference!

  2. All the top 10 dealers sell for MSRP, and because McMulkin has been selling more cars than Ciocca for a few years, the get more allocations.

  3. They better be nice to folks…..once the Corvette goes full EV they’ll be begging people to buy one.

  4. I was so lucky to stop by Bomnin in Dadeland last Saturday and they had one available. Brand new MSRP. Keep checking on the dealerships. There is a chance you can find one!!!

  5. Why the wide disparity from month to month.. 26 in Feb, 188 in March…?? for Macmulkin..

  6. Can anyone tell me how many stingrays and Z06 were shipped to Canada by Province and by Dealers?

  7. Might want to fact check your statement that they all sell at MSRP. I heard Coughlin in OH is, or at least was, taking bids on their allotments of Z06’s. High bidders bought the cars, that’s not selling at MSRP. That’s “the person with the most money” gets it.
