[VIDEO] NCM Insurance Testimonial: Collector Car Insurance is Only as Good as the Claims Service

Billy Brooks is a man who know what he likes and we can tell from his photos that Yellow is his color! Billy is president of the Cultural Awareness Corvette Weekend and during the August 2022 show at the National Corvette Museum, he made a point to see Adam Boca of the NCM Insurance Agency for a quote to cover his collection.
