[PIC] Chevy Adds Full Gloss Black Wheels to the E-Ray Visualizer

We’ve got a Saturday Night Special for you Corvette E-Ray fans out there. I was out for the last few days, so tonight was the first time since last weekend that I could build an E-Ray on the 2024 Corvette E-Ray visualizer.

I tend to lean towards bright wheels, but my E-Ray build tonight started venturing over to the Dark Side and that’s when I found a new wheel choice in Full Gloss Black had been added.

The new Full Gloss Black wheel design joins the previously announced finishes in Carbon Flash, Bright Polished, and Pearl Nickel. E-Ray buyers who select the ZER Performance Package can also choose from three carbon fiber wheel choices. Those are Painted Carbon Fiber, Visible Carbon Fiber, and Visable Carbon Fiber with Red Stripe.

The Full Gloss Black gives buyers the choice of a true black wheel, as the Carbon Flash Metallic wheel has a machined lip around the edge.

It was just over a week ago we were wondering where that Satin Black Wheel with the Blue Stripe that was originally shown in December’s Visualizer Leak would be added back. When that wheel comes back, and we are fairly certain it will, that would give Corvette E-Ray buyers eight wheel choices!

We mentioned this the previous article as well that Blue brake calipers and a Tech Bronze accessory wheel still remain at the top of our wish list. Chevrolet’s official E-Ray Website says Model Year 2024 Corvette E-Ray will be available late 2023.
