Corvettes for Sale: First 2023 Corvette Z06 Hits Bring a Trailer

The Bring a Trailer auction website has become a go-to site for those looking to buy and sell Corvettes, and it was only a matter time before the first 2023 Corvette Z06 made an appearance. Well, that moment happened on Thursday when a Connecticut-based Chevy dealer listed a 70th Anniversary Z06 Convertible for sale, and bidding has already reached $200,000!

The Corvette Z06 is offered in White Pearl Tri-coat with Ceramic White leather interior, and it wears the special anniversary spider forged wheels with the red stripe. The car is featured with the 3LZ interior as all Anniversary Editions are, and if further optioned with the front lift, Carbon Flash Nacelles, Level 1 Carbon Fiber interior trim, and the Stealth interior trim. The 70th Anniversary Z06s have their own specific VIN sequence, and this is #77. The window sticker shows the MSRP on the Corvette was $146,340 which was also the opening bid on the car.

Most importantly, the dealer is selling the 70th Anniversary Z06 on a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin, so the warranty will be available for the buyer. The buyer of this car will be required to keep the car for a minimum of six months from the date of purchase or the warranty will be pulled for any subsequent owners.

The selling dealer is Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet located in Waterbury, CT. A look at their website reveals zero new or pre-owned Corvettes listed in their inventory, however, they are a Top 100 Corvette dealer who sold 62 Corvettes last year. If you’re on a list of theirs for a new Corvette, this auction tells you what they really think of your business.

There have been six bidders for the 70th Anniversary Corvette Z06 with the current high bid listed at $200,000. With six days still to go, we wonder where the final price will end up. Any predictions? Check it out at bringatrailer.com.

  1. Surprised to see the seller was a dealer. Not just any dealer, the one I bought my C5 from and later almost bought my 2015. Each time I got below MSRP offers but I got a better offer on the 7 closer to my home (where I also saw it unloaded). The dealer is listed as Wolcott but actually is in Waterbury and is a top 50 Corvette dealer.

  2. These dealers are money hungry animals, but guess what , it’s a Corvette, if I had the money I would buy one but thats not the case so I’m going to enjoy on the sidelines. Love the Z06 and any Vette for that matter they are awesome awesome cars. They are reveared all over the world. These Vettes are the American Ferrari of cars.

  3. So much for GM cracking down on price gouging. I’ll stick with my bought under MSRP 2019 Z06.

  4. Another reason I am happy that I decided to buy a 27’ boat and order a new Ram Rebel 2500 to pull it. Was think about buying new C8, to go with my C7 Z06, but with stupid stuff like this – just reinforces my choice was a good one. GM needs to wake up, just start selling direct to customers, if Dealer won’t sell at MSRP, or loose customers.
