Here’s some good news regarding production at the Corvette Assembly Plant. We have confirmed with the plant’s communications manager Rachel Bagshaw that the Assembly Plant will be open tomorrow for a rare Saturday work day with both shifts reporting.

The Corvette plant will also be building cars early next week before taking Thursday and Friday off for the annual Thanksgiving holiday.

The Bowling Green facility’s last Saturday work day was set for September 24th, but that ended up being canceled due to a parts shortage.

Checking in on the latest production numbers, looks like we have just over 17,500 Stingrays produced, plus somewhere around 1400-1450 70th Anniversary Editions have also been turned out. As for the Z06s, our last update is 83 regular cars and 30 or so 70th Anniversary Editions.
