[VIDEO] IndyCar’s Felix Rosenqvist Drives the Corvette Stingray Pace Car Around the Nashville Street Course

We’ve been waiting for the Music City Grand Prix IndyCar race on the streets of Nashville to get underway as the start of the race has been delayed due to lightning in the area. However, we did find this cool video tweeted by IndyCar earlier today that shows the C8 Corvette Stingray Pace Car doing its thing.

You can check out the Nashville street course for yourself as IndyCar driver Felix Rosenqvist takes a spirited drive with Carter Holton of Vanderbilt’s baseball team twice around the circuit.

As a big fan of temporary street courses, it’s a shame that Nashville goes through the trouble of setting up the course for just one series. That’s one of the reasons why we like watching the Long Beach Grand Prix, as it allows fans of both the IMSA and IndyCar series to enjoy the track during the same weekend. After watching this video, I would love to see a Yellow Corvette C8.R driving flat out across that bridge.
