The original owner had some great taste when he ordered the Ermine White Convertible with a Dark Blue interior, white convertible top, and cast aluminum knock-off wheels. The MSRP came in at $5,935.85 as it was further equipped with the optional 427/390 V8, four-speed manual transmission, and positraction. Creature comforts included power steering, power brakes, Transistor ignition, auxiliary hardtop, and rare factory air conditioning. The Convertible was delivered through Welch Motor Company in Raymondville, Texas in December 1965.
If you are the lucky winner of this 427 Roadster, you will need nothing but your time to enjoy it as it had a Concours nut-and-bolt restoration. The 1966 Corvette is documented and has a correct, date-coded engine. It’s one of 17,762 produced and the combination of the big block convertible plus factory air puts this Sting Ray in rarified air.

WAY NICER THAN A C8. a true CORVETTE.
Don’t be a “db” Joe if you knew anything about Vettes you’d know a C-8 is a true CORVETTE. Yes this ones a beauty but then again they all are and this would look awfully nice in the garage next to my C8.
