The Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation has announced their 2021 giveaway car, and this one is truly unique! On October 21st, 2021 at 4pm eastern, they’ll be giving away a special 60th Anniversary Limited Edition Cunningham Corvette! Only 60 of these 600-hp monsters will be built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Corvette’s historic win at LeMans in 1960. That year marked Corvette’s first true appearance on the global racing stage with a 3-car effort. The #1 and #2 cars had various issues throughout the 24hour marathon, but the #3 car carried on eventually winning its class and finishing 8th overall.

Today, the famous #3 car resides with the Miller family in Pennsylvania. Its discovery, restoration, and subsequent return to Lemans were all documented in the popular Michael Brown movie, The Quest. The #2 car is with noted collector Bruce Meyer in California and #1 was discovered several years ago now, but has remained in legal limbo since.

The Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation’s giveaway car is #33 in the 60-car series and will feature the familiar white and blue Cunningham livery. It’ll also feature a Lingenfelter tuned 600hp LT2 wearing Corsa Sport headers, exhaust, and airbox. Other Lingenfelter bits include their Performance Design carbon fiber intake manifold and their upgraded version of the Z51 performance suspension. Cunningham/MOV’IT brakes bring the car to a halt while the Peter Stevens Design Cunningham Bespoke Aero Kit keeps the car planted on the track. 20 inch front and 21 inch rear wheels get wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Inside, there’s Cunningham competition sport bucket seats swathed in blue leather with a Cunningham logo in the head restraint.
