Start Your Holiday Shopping Early With This 5-Mile 2019 Corvette ZR1 on Bring a Trailer

Black Friday is mere hours away now. If you’re looking to kick off your holiday shopping a little early, then we’ve got the perfect item to insert at the top of your list. This brand new 2019 ZR1 is currently up for grabs on Bring a Trailer.

2019 was the swan song for Corvette’s 7th generation and ultimately the front engine architecture. The one-and-done ZR1 became the ultimate send-off. Power came from an all-new supercharged LT5 engine stomping out 755 horsepower. For the first time ever the ZR1 was available in your choice of coupe or convertible form and buyers could choose between the 7-speed manual or 8-speed automatic transmissions.

If you missed your chance at a new ZR1 last year then this 1-of-101 Corvette Racing Yellow ZR1 coupe could be your redemption. It was delivered new to Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing, Michigan with a $145,000 price tag and eventually made its way to the seller in September of 2020. This C7 checks all the boxes for this blogger. The exterior is finished in the aforementioned Corvette Racing Yellow and ZTK high wing package which is complemented by the black interior. It’s equipped with the 3ZR package, automatic transmission, the ZR1 carbon-ceramic brakes, Magnetic Ride Control, Competition Sport Seats with blue stitching, and of course, chrome wheels. The sale includes the window sticker, owner’s manuals, and a car cover. The listing also states it has a clean Carfax.

Looking over the listing’s photos and videos we see a 2019 ZR1 that’s still in the wrapper. The delivery plastic is still on the seats and the window sticker remains attached to the windshield. The steering wheel is still wrapped and the various interior tags are still in place. The floor mats even remain bagged up in the rear storage area. Overall, the car appears to be in as-delivered condition.

As we write this article on Wednesday afternoon, bidding stands at $111,000 and we’re sure that’ll continue to rise until bidding ends on Friday. This could be the lowest mile 2019 ZR1 we’ve seen for sale yet so it’ll be interesting to see where bidding ends up and if it sells or not. For more info and photos of this ZR1 head on over to Bring a Trailer.

  1. @ Debbie, The 8 speed isn’t a waste, it’s trick and faster on a track or 1/4 mile. That said I think most Corvette guys (and gals) want a manual transmission. I have a C6 (Z06) and a C3 (small engine/auto); love both cars, but would love the C3 more if it had a 4 speed. Yes, I know it can be converted, but I’ve been there, done that (1979 Z28), it’s a lot of work and I’d rather keep the car original. At least the trans is a TH400, not a 350.

  2. Ronnie, the 8 speed automatic in the C7 is a piece of crap! Seen many of them fail with hardly any miles on them. The 7 speed manual, although not that precise is a much better and more reliable unit.

  3. Debbie Meyer, especially that 8 speed automatic which has had reliability issues. Sports cars should have a manual transmission, it’s the purest driving experience you can get in a car like that. All my Corvettes have manual transmissions in them. My C5Z, C6Z, C7Z, are all manual transmission cars, along with my gen 5 Viper TA which is equipped with a six speed manual transmission. Computers may shift faster, but are nowhere near as enjoyable to operate.
