Our friends at the Long Island Corvette Owner’s Association recently reached out to us to let us know they are closing in on their 60th anniversary! The Corvette club was founded in 1959 and today is one of the largest Corvette clubs in the USA.
On April 21st of this year, the club (known as LICOA) held a 60th Anniversary photo shoot at Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays with Corvettes from all seven generations in attendance. Following the drive over the bridge to the beach, a group photo was staged.
The LICOA meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at the North Bellmore Library so if you are in the area and want to hang out with a great group of Corvette owners, stop in give them a Corvette wave!
Thanks again Rich M. for reaching out to us. Enjoy these great photos from LICOA!
