Corvettes for Sale: Roll With Your Peeps in this 2000 Corvette Coupe

Always looking at Corvettes for sale, I sometimes come across the off-beat custom Corvette that I think others would like to check out. There may be no interest in buying, but it can be fun to see a different interpretation of a custom Corvette than what you are used too.

I have always believed that the Corvette is a canvas that can be customized by the owner to represent their lifestyle and their vision of what the car should be. And when those owners move on to either newer Corvettes or a different vehicle altogether, that sometimes means their artistry is for sale!

We found this Corvette for sale at a used car dealership in Austin, MN and of course, it’s the size of the rims that got our attention. Unfortunately, the selling dealer doesn’t get specific about the rims other than to describe them as “alloy wheels”.

The Magnetic Red Coupe is powered by the 350/345-hp LS1 and is coupled to an automatic transmission. The car has 90K miles on the odometer and the dealership is asking $9,995 for it.

In addition to the custom rims, the C5 Corvette’s popup headlights were converted to fixed units. There are no photos of the interior or engine compartment so we are unsure how far the previous owner took to customizing those areas of his car.

Still, this 2000 Corvette Coupe has a unique stance look that you don’t often see and I am sure that someone out there will find it appealing. Check out the full listing on CarGurus.com.
