If you’re looking for a fun Corvette-related activity this Sunday, our friends at Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, MD are hosting the Corvette Club of America’s 43rd Annual Spring Car Show.
The show is open to all GM vehicles and the proceeds from the event will benefit Hospice Caring, Inc and Wells/Robertson House.
The Corvette Club of America is affiliated with the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC) and there are three sanctioned events for Corvettes at the show:
- NCCC Sanction # ER-001-004 Entrant’s Choice (Participant)
- NCCC Sanction # ER-001-095 People’s Choice (General Public)
- NCCC Sanction # ER-001-009 Celebrity Choice (Sport Chevrolet Mgmt & Other Dignitaries)
There will be a First, Second and Third Place Trophies for each Corvette generation in each NCCC Sanction with $100 cash prize for Best in Show in each sanction (Entrants, Peoples and Celebrity Choice).
The NCCC Corvette events are $30 in advance for all sanctions or $35 on the day of the show. Click here to register.
The Corvette Club of America is looking for 25 to 30 very special cars to display on the Sport Chevrolet showroom floor during the car show. If you would like to have your car considered for this honor, once you have registered for the show, send a photo of your car and enter a brief description below along with your name and contact information to Rich Taylor at [email protected].
