Join Circle City Corvettes for the 36th Annual Corvette Beach Caravan and Car Show

Our friends from the Dothan, Alabama’s Circle City Corvette Club are planning their 36th Annual Corvette Beach Caravan and Car show in north Florida on May 19-21, 2016 and they want you to join them. This is great show which takes place on Panama City Beach and it features a car show, seminars, Corvette memorabilia auction and special guests from the world of Corvettes.

The event gets started in Dothan on Thursday, May 19th with a Corvette display and a visit from the National Corvette Museum’s mobile store. On Friday morning, May 20th, the Corvette Caravan will depart from Dothan and make the drive to Panama City Beach.

On Saturday, the real fun kicks off. The Corvette show will be held from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Edgewater Beach Resort. Corvette team members Kirk Bennion and Eric Millette will be holding seminars including information on the new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. At 6:00 pm, the dinner will be held and car show awards will be handed out.

Our friend Charley Robertson collects Corvette memorabilia throughout the year and the annual Corvette memorabilia auction is one of the highlights of the Beach Carvan and Car Show. Proceeds from the auction benefit the National Corvette Museum so it all goes to a worthwhile cause.

To register for the caravan or beach car show, visit www.circlecitycorvettes.com or email [email protected] for questions or further information. Over 100 Corvettes are expected.

  1. Hey I am new to the corvette scene purchased my 2006 c6 this year and would like to join in and try attending some events. My question is do most owners drive their cars to these events.

    Thanks, Joe

  2. Absolutely Joe! That’s a major reason for attending a Corvette show and many of the larger shows have scheduled driving events like parades and cruises. You should check out some of the larger events like Bloomington Gold, Corvette FunFest, Corvettes at Carlisle and the Anniversary Celebration over labor day at the National Corvette Museum.
