[PIC] Throwback Thursday: 1963 Corvette Sting Ray On the Streets at Night

It’s time for Throwback Thursday where we feature vintage photos of Corvettes. Here’s a picture of a 1963 Corvette Sting Ray Sport Coupe driving at night in the city.

This 1963 split window coupe was signaling a right hand turn off of a wide boulevard when the unknown photographer captured it brilliantly. You can clearly see the rear window’s center divider along with the faux grills in the hood. Lastly, the car is Californian based on the front black license plate.

Another aspect we really like? Seeing the car with the headlights up and on. It’s a different perspective than most pics we’ve seen over the years as beauty shots of classic Sting Rays are usually taken with the lights turned down.
