Here’s a video posted on Facebook by the FIA GT1 World Championship guys showing a stock Corvette Grand Sport on a hot lap of the Nurburgring. Who doesn’t love a Corvette attacking the green hell, right? But what makes this video really interesting is that the Grand Sport doing the hot lap is wearing Michigan Manufactuer license plates. Kinda makes you wonder why it’s over there…
Even with its Michigan license plate, the 436-horsepower Velocity Yellow Grand Sport Coupe is right at home on the Nordschleife. If you like the sound of an LS3 doing what it was built for, you’ll want to turn it up.
