General Cody Salutes Military Vets during Visit to the Corvette Assembly Plant

As part of the video taken earlier this year when General Richard Cody, Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army (Retired), toured the Bowling Green Assembly Plant prior to taking delivery of a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible, General Cody meets and greets the military vets who are now building America’s favorite sports car.

“If you look at the background and training of a military veteran, it fits real well with what we do in the automobile industry now. We have a lot of standardized work, attention to detail, a lot of discipline to the process.”
Bob Parcell – Bowling Green Corvette Plant Manager

CorvetteBlogger would like to join with General Cody to say thanks to all the military vets on this Memorial Day. Thanks and God Bless!
