Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Jan. 20th

Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingrays, Grand Sports, Z06s and ZR1s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

We are running a day behind in posting Mike’s Delivery report as we were at the Rolex 24 when Mike sent his update over early Sunday morning. We hope you enjoy it just the same!

In this week’s delivery post, Elkhart Lake Blue Metallic seems to be the color of choice and Mike scored a trifecta by hosting a local delivery, an R8C museum delivery, and an out-of-state delivery to the customer’s door. Mike also posted some of his travel plans for the year so hopefully, you’re making some of the same plans as well. Chazron’s latest video showcasing his 3D renders of the 2020 C8 Mid-Engine Corvette takes a closer look at the front of the car as the “camera perspective” features a tight view of the front of C8 with an Elkhart Lake Blue exterior. Chazcron has also worked in the C8 crossed-flags logos for the hood (frunck!) The perspective then slides across the bumper to the right before he hits us with the lights.

It wasn’t this Corvette driver’s time to go, apparently.

Somehow the 70-year-old driver of this white C4 Corvette coupe managed to survive rolling 150 feet down a steep, rocky mountainside Friday afternoon near the Virgin River Gorge in Littlefield, Arizona.

Here’s an interesting custom C4 Corvette we came across on the Facebook Marketplace.

This is said to be a privately-commissioned C4-1 conversion which features the rear fascia updated to resemble the tail lights on the early C1 Corvettes.

Many have tried to recreate the magic of the early Corvettes on later generations and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. But that’s not for us to decide here.

I always enjoy sharing these presentations as this is official production information being relayed to the auto show attendees. Plus, the car looks absolutely gorgeous on the spinning platform as the bright lights show all the details.
