Corvette Shines in Consumer Reports Owner Satisfaction Survey

Chevrolet’s Corvette has once again made the Consumer Report’s Owner Satisfaction survey. Although specifics weren’t discussed, Corvette ranked third overall behind the Dodge Challenger and the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Rounding out the top 6 was the Porsche 911, Toyota Prius and the all-wheel drive Acura TL.

The magazine surveyed more than 380,000 car owners on the subject of owner satisfaction. To make the top list, at least 80 percent of a model’s owners must answer “definitely yes” to the question: “Considering all factors (price, performance, reliability, com-fort, enjoyment, etc.), would you get this car if you had it to do all over again?”

Corvette has made the list every year since we’ve been keeping track (2005!) and continues to rank in the top 3 models overall. This is also the first year I can recall where the top 3 spots are represented by each of the Big 3 domestic automakers. Way to go Detroit!
