For over 20 years, ACS Composite has been helping Corvette owners improve their Corvette’s style and performance with a range of quality parts and accessories. Yet some of our must-have products from the company are all about protection! In the 11 years since ACS Composite launched their first set of enhanced splash guards, the company has become known for offering comprehensive protection from rock chips and debris with their lineup of rock guards for the C7 and C8 Corvette.
For those C8 Corvette owners who purchased their cars with the base level of aero and are now wanting more, ACS Composite can improve your aerodynamics game with their various OEM-quality spoilers, splitters, and front canards that can be added to your Corvette Z06 and E-Ray. Visit ACS Composite and see what they can do for your Corvette!
C7 Five1 Rock Guards
The C7 Corvette has been out of production for over six years now, but that hasn’t stopped ACS Composite from offering updates and design enhancements to their products for the 7th generation Corvette. ACS Composite’s Five1 Rock Guards for C7 Corvettes provides even more protection over the previous XL Rock Guards with a stronger and thicker design that improves upon the Enhanced Splash Guards created 11 years ago for the C7 Corvette Stingray. While these new Five1 Rock Guards fit all C7 Corvettes from Stingray to ZR1, they have been optimized for the 2014-2019 Corvette Stingray models equipped with the Z51 performance package.
Like all ACS Rock Guards, the C7 Five1 Rock Guards are manufactured from ACS Composite’s proprietary PC Composite material which is an extremely strong yet lightweight material that also helps to hide any impact strikes, nicks, or scratches. Best of all, they are finished in Carbon Flash, so it matches all the factory trim on your car with a factory-like appearance. Each set of the Five1 Rock Guards comes with integrated clips for a clean and easy installation.
ACS Composite’s Five1 Rock Guards offers more protection than the enhanced GM splash guards, and unlike the original versions which only offered protection behind the front wheels, you can also now add rear-wheel protection. The C7 Five1 Rock Guards can be ordered either as front set or rear set for $199 or you can get protection for all four wheels for $399 and shipping is included.
C8 ZR1 Z06 E-Ray Rock Guards
ACS Composite’s Rock Guards for the ZR1, Z06, and E-Ray brings a serious level of active protection against rocks and other road debris striking the sides of your widebody C8 Corvette. These were the first aftermarket products added to my 2025 E-Ray as it was important to me to have that protection from Day One of ownership, which is why I purchased them and then shipped them to my dealer for installation during the PDI Process.
One of the improved features on the Corvette C8 ZR1/Z06/E-Ray Rock Guards is the bladed-shield design that forces rocks and debris downward and away from the wheels. The product designers at ACS Composite also included an integrated, removeable mesh insert for the rear Rock Guards that keeps debris from becoming lodged in that unique tunnel on the widebody’s rear fascia.
The C8 Widebody Rock Guards are manufactured from ACS Composite’s PC Composite material, and they are super strong to resist chipping and scrapes, and yet they are also surprisingly light. Appearance-wise, they don’t detract from the beauty of your Corvette’s design, and they are finished in Carbon Flash Metallic (CFZ) to match the other carbon flash trim on the car. The C8 E-Ray/Z06/ZR1 Rock Guards are equipped with integrated tabs that snap into place inside the wheel wells, so installation is quick, easy, and reversible.
ACS Composite’s C8 Rock Guards for the ZR1, Z06 and E-Ray are priced at $649 for the set of four, and shipping is included.
C8 Z06 Z07 E-Ray Front Splitter
When you’re ready to ditch the base level chin spoiler on your C8 Corvette Z06 or E-Ray, ACS Composite offers the perfect replacement. This Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is similar in size to the OEM Z07 front splitter, but without the Z07’s required canards/dive planes, which provides a cleaner, more streamlined look. It’s finished in Carbon Flash Black Metallic so it will match your standard rocker panels, and other trim and fascia components.
ACS Composite’s Front Splitter for the Z06/E-Ray is manufactured from their proprietary PC Composite material which offers three times the strength and is more scratch resistance than those made from fiberglass or ABS Plastic. The other benefit to PC Composite material is that if it does get nicked, the underlying material is also black which helps keeps it from being noticeable. ACS also included nine skid plates to the underside of the splitter to help maximize the splitter’s lifespan.
The ACS Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is easy to install with no drilling or double-sided tape. This aftermarket splitter utilizes all the same mounting points as your OEM splitter and ACS even includes a 7mm ratchet to help with the swap. It takes just about 30 minutes to install and it’s fully reversable. Like most of their products, ACS Composite offers a video showing the installation of the one-piece splitter.
ACS Composite’s C8 Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is priced at $1,599 and shipping is free. Check out the product info and installation video below:
