Florida Man Wins the Christmas Day Giveaway of a 1957 Corvette from the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum

Some are calling this the coolest flash prize ever offered as part of a Corvette fundraiser, but a man in Florida is simply calling it “his.”

We’ve seen several organizations offering the ability win a new Corvette use flash prizes as a way to keep people excited and engaged when the grand prize drawing is still months away. These secondary “flash” prizes have consisted of everything from vacations to gas grills, but our friends at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum in Knoxville, Iowa recently gave away a flash prize on Christmas day that some might think was even better than the real grand prize.

Christopher McDaniel of Estero, Florida got the call on December 25th from Bob Baker, Executive Director of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum, telling him that he won their Christmas Day Flash Prize which was a Red 1957 Corvette Roadster!

According to Christopher, “I was shaking like a leaf-on-a-tree when I got the call on Christmas morning. I thought that I was going to drop the phone as I was so excited!”

Christopher and everyone else who previously entered the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum to win the 1957 Corvette Flash Prize are still eligible to win the organization’s grand prize which is an Arctic White 2025 Corvette Z06 Convertible with an Adrenalin Red interior that will be given away on Valentine’s Day – February 14th!
