ACS Composite Introduces Three New Products for C8 Corvettes

2023+ C8 Corvette Z06 & E-Ray Canards

There are so many great reasons why Z06 or E-Ray owners may want to add these front canards to their widebody C8 Corvettes. If you purchased a Z06 without the full carbon aero package, these aftermarket canards offer full OEM compatibility with Z06s equipped with the factory aero package splitter as well as ACS’s Z06 Z07 Splitter for Z06/E-Ray. You will need either the Z06 factory splitter or ACS’s Z06 Z07 splitter as the canards cannot be mounted on the base aero’s chin spoiler.


Inspired by the track-focused Z06 with Z07, the ACS Canards are the most efficient way to improve high-speed stability while injecting race-ready visual appeal to your C8 Corvette’s front end. Designed with both form and function in mind, these front canards install using existing bolt points for a clean, factory-style appearance that’s completely reversible.

The front Z06 Canards are installed by mounting to the inner fender and on the front splitter using an included mount and hardware. The canards use double-sided 3M tape to mount it to the front fascia and installation does require drilling a hole into the front splitter. C8 ZR1 Z06 Diffuser Insert

One of main criticisms of the C8 Corvette’s design is the plain carbon flash Black rear valence that houses the rear exhaust. Now, Z06 and ZR1 owners can dress it up with these C8 ZR1 Z06 Diffuser Inserts that fit on either side of the quad center exhaust system. With this premium diffuser upgrade, your Z06 or ZR1 rear end goes from bland to bold while offering a motorsport-inspired look.


The C8 ZR1 Z06 Diffuser Inserts are more than just a visual upgrade, they actually improve aerodynamic flow by channeling high-speed air away from the undercarriage, reducing turbulence and increasing rear-end stability.

The rear diffuser inserts are manufactured from ACS Composite’s proprietary PC Composite material which is very strong, yet these two inserts weight next to nothing. You can select to have them finished in Carbon Flash Metallic to match the other OEM trim on the car, or create a bold look with a body color offered in all current and previous C8 exterior colors.


Designed to fit the 2025+ ZR1 and the 2023+ Z06, the Diffuser Inserts were designed digitally to fit precisely in the rear valence using two mounting brackets and hardware which is included. The modification does require four small holes to be drilled into the unpainted undertray and the mod is completely reversible.


The ACS C8 ZR1 Z06 Diffuser Inserts are offered for $949 for Carbon Flash or $1,199 for those that are painted an exterior body color. Shipping is free.

C8 Z06 E-Ray ZR1 License Plate Filler

Transform and highlight your license plate on your C8 Corvette ZR1, Z06, or E-Ray with the new carbon flash black license plate fillers. The C8 Z06 E-Ray License Plate Fillers are specifically designed to fit the unique confines on the C8 widebody models where the license plate is bolted to the car, and its unique design complements the C8’s bold taillights and rear aerodynamic features. ACS Composite also makes a version for the C8 Stingray which you can see here.


The C8 Z06 E-Ray License Plate Filler is made from pc composite material which is both strong and lightweight, and it will provide years of service without dulling or cracking. The license plate filler panel also offers a perfect backdrop for those of you with a witty or clever vanity license plate.

The C8 Z06 E-Ray ZR1 License Plate Filler can be ordered as a stand along product or you can complement it with an ACS Composite License Plate Frames that are offered both in Carbon Flash Metallic or one of the current or previous C8 Corvette exterior colors. Installation is done with using the included T30 Torx screws (included when the license plate frame is added) and premium double-sided take secures it for a firm, rattle-free fit.
