It’s no secret that the buying public has fallen in love with the C8 Corvette, be it coupe or convertible, Stingray, Z06, or E-Ray.
Now, that love has been quantified with another win for the mid-engine Corvette, this time for the convertible version, as it racked up a win in the Premium Convertible/Roadster category of the 2024 Total Quality Awards.
The Corvette racked up a Total Quality Index (TQI) score of 683, the third-highest on the entire list behind only the 720 of the Genesis G90 in Luxury Car and the 758 of the Audi A7/S7/RS7 in Luxury Hatchback.
Other GM vehicles leading their segments were the Buick Envista, Chevy Tahoe, and GMC Sierra 1500.
Below is the full list of the 2024 Total Quality Award winners and TQI scores:
The awards were “based on responses from over 77,000 new vehicle buyers during their first 90 days of ownership, combining both emotional and rational evaluations of quality and vehicle performance,” according to Strategic Vision.
