C&N Motor Cars in Marysville, Ohio always has some of the nicest pre-owned Corvettes for sale including the mighty 2019 ZR1 which is one of the models they specialize in. In fact, as a result of this specialization, C&N told us previously that they have resold more than 1% of the total 2019 ZR1s produced, and that number has probably grown even higher.
We took a walk through their Online Corvette Inventory this week and found two 2019 ZR1s for sale. Both are finished in Sebring Orange and both are manuals, but you can choose between a Coupe and a Convertible. We’re going to take a closer look at the Convertible ZR1, and we also found two other special editions offered for sale that are worthy of any collection.
2019 Corvette ZR1 Convertible
Chevrolet created the 2019 Corvette ZR1 as the final year swan song not only for the C7 generation, but for all front-engine Corvettes. This 2019 Convertible is nicely optioned as one of forty-six Sebring Orange Design Package Convertibles with a manual transmission. This ZR1 has all the boxes checked that a serious collector or enthusiast would want including the ZTK Performance Package, 3ZR Premium Equipment Group, and of course, a seven-speed manual transmission. The ZR1 is still the most powerful Corvette has ever produced at 755 horsepower, but this particular model is also equipped with the factory cold air intake that provides an additional 17-hp for a total of 772 horsepower!
The original owner ordered this 2019 ZR1 Convertible with a Customer Selectable VIN which is #00421 and it was delivered through the National Corvette Museum’s R8C Museum Delivery Program. 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 60th Anniversary
What we love about these 2013 60th Anniversary Edition 427 Convertibles is that they two special editions that were combined into one great looking package. First, you have the one-year-only 427 Convertible Edition which is the only high performance C6 model ever offered with a droptop. Building on the success of the Grand Sport which featured the Z06 widebody with the Stingray powertrain, the 427 Convertible was really the first Z06 convertible with its 7.0-liter LS7 drysump engine capable of 505 horsepower. On top of that is the 60th Anniversary Package which added the Arctic White exterior with racing stripes, special 60th Anniversary badges, and a blue convertible top with a tonal stripe. Inside was an exclusive Anniversary Blue leather interior with embroidered 60th Anniversary logos on the seats. Other features include a carbon fiber hood, six-speed manual transmission, and Competition Gray Machine-faced Cup-style wheels.
This 427 Convertible is loaded with a carbon fiber package, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, ZR1 style spoiler, and more. The 427 Convertibles have their own specific VIN and this example is #056. 2012 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Centennial 3ZR
Chevrolet Motor Cars celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2011 and Corvette got in on the celebration with a special Centennial Package that could be ordered across the board on all 2012 Corvettes models. The Centennials were the first Corvette to have a Carbon Flash Metallic exterior paint and highlights included Satin Black Wheels with Red Stripe, Red brake calipers, Satin Black Stripe, Black interior, and a really great logo featuring Louis Chevrolet behind the wheel of one of his racers.
This 2012 Corvette ZR1 was ordered with the Centennial Edition and features include the 3ZR trim package, a six-speed manual transmission, and it was further optioned with Magnetic Selective Ride Control. The C6 ZR1 was the first supercharged V8 for Corvette, and it was rated at 638 horsepower. Only 206 ZR1s were ordered with the Centennial Edition and this one has only seen 1,901 miles. Offered for $150,000.
