For Corvette enthusiasts who love seeing the USA in your Chevrolet, driving a Corvette on Route 66 would be the trip of a lifetime. Two Lane America offers guided tours of Route 66 and they do all the planning so that you have a fantastic experience with memories that will last a lifetime.

Two Lane America has opened registration for 2024 with new dates set for their guided tours of America’s Mother Road. As these guided Route 66 caravans have sold out pretty quickly in year’s past, we recommend getting a jump in scheduling your travel plans for the new year.

New this year are discounts for multiple registrations (2+ cars) and Corvette Clubs. Contact Two Lane America’s tour guide, Austin Coop, directly at [email protected] or 513-827-8273 about Corvette Club registrations.

Known as the “Mother Road” and the “Main Street of America,” Route 66 was the first national paved highway to cross the American West. Your caravan of fellow travelers is limited to 15 vehicles and the tour will follow the best stretches of the original Route 66, which has been planned and meticulously updated over the years by Austin Coop who has personally traveled Route 66 dozens of times over the last 10 years.

The Route 66 Guided Caravan is a 2,400-mile journey like no other, and Two Lane America does all the planning, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy this trip! Each trip includes 13 nights of lodging, 18 meals, and all the museum and sightseeing admissions fees. You bring your Corvette, and they will do the rest! The Route 66 Guided Caravan is open to all vehicles, not just Corvettes, so drive whatever you are most comfortable in for the extended road trip.

Your out-of-pocket costs along the way include fuel, any meals not mentioned in the itinerary, and all the gifts and souvenirs you are going to want to buy from this memorable experience.

The 13-day excursion on Route 66 starts in Chicago and you’ll traverse through eight states on your way to the finish line at the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles. You’ll cross historic two-lane bridges, cruise through small towns, and experience those quirky roadside attractions that Route 66 is known for, including the famous Cadillac Ranch, the Leaning Tower of Britten in Groom, Texas, and Arizona’s Hackberry General Store. You’ll gaze in wonder during the stop at the Grand Canyon, and you might even find yourself humming the famous Eagles song as you’re “Standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona.” There is so much to see and do during each of the 13 days.
