Here's Another C8 Corvette Stingray That Thinks It Can Fly...

It’s just a Chevy, right?

We found this epic photo posted by Mike Hysong aka StreetSpeed 717 on Facebook. Mike says that this is for “all these dudes who worry so much about their precious C8s,” and he promises that his next series of YouTube videos are made just for them!

And whether you doubt that this Corvette could really fly, there is a video of the Rapid Blue Corvette jumping from one berm to another while the very appropriate “I believe I Can Fly” is playing in the background. I can’t embed it, but hopefully you can see it here:

The commentary on the Facebook page is a bit of fun as well, with Mike telling one guy that “If my parents loved me as a child, I wouldn’t have to do this.”

Mike also shared a photo of the Corvette as it was trekking in the Pennsylvania woods. On his Instagram page, Mike poses the following: “Sadly, I got my new C8 stuck on a log. Anyone have this happen to them and have a solution?”


We’re all in for having some with our cars, and this will certainly trigger the “I’ve been waiting two years for a C8 Corvette, and somehow this guy keeps getting cars before me,” crowd.

I agree 100% Rob, I am tired of these manufacturers giving special treatment to these You-Tubers, that get way too much money from advertisers to do these things to these cars, no clicking for me on this idiots page or to the bitch that gets all the cars she wants or speed idiot, screw them. I have to save up for a few years to get the down payment to get one of these cars, hope to order one in 3 years.

  5. StreetsSpeed 717 loves to jump trucks. Great to see him jump a C8. Great channel. He has an epic video on how to drive a 6-speed manual.
