Over the last 10 years, Saint Jude the Apostle Church in Erie, Pennsylvania, has been making Christmas dreams come true with its “Corvette for Christmas” charity car raffle. This year’s grand prize is a 2022 Hypersonic Gray Stingray Coupe or $40,000 in cash! This raffle is limited to 3,000 tickets and they are going fast, just like this Stingray! The drawing will be held on Christmas Eve.

Saint Jude the Apostle Church describes their grand prize 2022 Corvette Stingray as “the most American gift under your Christmas Tree,” and who are we to disagree with that assessment! It’s like a 490-hp super-sleigh to make Santa jealous!


The 2022 Corvette Stingray 1LT is offered in Hypersonic Gray Metallic with Adrenaline Red Mulan Leather GT1 seats and red stitching throughout the cabin. The Bose Premium 10-speaker entertainment system is standard along with OnStar and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity.


The Corvette Stingray is powered by the 6.2-liter 490-hp LT2 V8 that’s mated to the 8-speed Dual Clutch Transmission. The Stingray comes with plenty of curb appeal with the Bright Silver 19/20″ five-open-spoke aluminum wheels with Bright Red brake calipers. The coupe also features the “Stingray R” package which features Jake hood graphic, two “Stingray R” graphics on the sides of the car, and “Stingray R” wheel center caps.


Tickets for the Corvette for Christmas raffle are $100 each, and you can get six for $500 or 13 for $1,000. Purchase your tickets here! The drawing will happen on December 24th following the 4pm Mass and you’ll be able to watch as it will be live-streamed on the parish website, www.stjudeapos.org. The winner will be notified and you need not be present to win.
