It’s one of our favorite times of the new year as we get to introduce the two Corvettes that you can take home in the 2021 Corvette Dream Giveaway. This year’s grand prize is simply incredible as you can win a 2021 Corvette Stingray Z51 Coupe and a 1961 Restomod, plus $43,000 to pay the taxes!
CorvetteBlogger readers receive DOUBLE ENTRIES so get your tickets today!
Let’s start off by showing you the 2021 Corvette Stingray. It’s wearing one of the two new colors for the ’21s called Silver Flare and it’s paired with a 3LT Adrenaline Red interior! That color combo definitely rocks, and Red Calipers and Lingenfelter windshield banner brings some of that red from inside to the exterior.
Speaking of the Lingenfelter banner, it’s not just there for show! The Michigan-based tuner will be working their magic on the mid-engine sports car to boost the LT2 V8 to 600-horsepower and we hope to have the verified performance numbers soon. In the meantime, you can think about how much faster it will be than the stock 2021 Corvette Z51 which blasts from 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds and the quarter-mile at 11.2 seconds!
The Dream Giveaway never skimps on their cars when ordering, and this ’21 Stingray Coupe is fully loaded with the 3LT trim package with Competition Sport Seats. The Z51 Performance Package is also paired with the Magnetic Ride Control. The Stingray has the visible carbon fiber roof which will look fantastic against the Silver Flare, while black Carbon Flash trident wheels give it some great curb appeal. The photos also show the High Wing and 5VM Visibile Carbon Fiber aero kit.
The 1961 Corvette Restomod is a testament to the great looks of the 1961 Corvette with the power and performance that modern gearheads will enjoy. This Corvette roadster looks like it comes straight off the SEMA show floor and it could be yours with your donation to children and veterans charities.
Its powder coated chassis comes from Corvette Corrections and features a Dana 44 rear end, independent rear suspension, 19-inch Budnik wheels covered in Continental performance tires, and a Magnaflow dual exhaust system.
The Restomod has a modern-day LS3 V8 rated at 525 horsepower mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The cost of the car exceeded $250,000 and since its completion last year it has less than 100 miles on the odometer. The silver and red roadster is the perfect complement to the 2021 Corvette Stingray and can be yours with your donation.
Sponsored by Continental tires, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, and American Car Craft, the 2021 Corvette Dream Giveaway is a tax-deductible fundraiser with proceeds going to a number of well-known charities across the USA with the main beneficiary being the New Beginning Children’s Homes, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides family-focused living accommodations for abused, neglected or orphaned children. The Corvette Dream Giveaway also supports a number of well-known and respected charities including Honor Flight of West Central Florida, the National Guard Education Foundation, Smile Network International, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries, 4Kids, and Bright Pink.
Over the last four years, we have met the winners of the Corvette Dream Giveaway at the annual awards ceremony. The cars are real, the check for $43,000 is real and the smiles from the winners as they take both sets of keys are real. We would love to see you in Clearwater, Florida in 2022 as you take home these two great Corvettes along with a check for $43,000 to pay the taxes.
