On Saturday afternoon during Corvettes at Carlisle we took some time to peruse the Fun Field in search of creative vanity plates for our now 7th annual gallery. Utilizing our official Scootaround CorvetteBlogger Mobile Command Unit we were able to make great time and cover all the nooks and crannies of the immense Carlisle Fairgrounds.

Some of our favorites this year included DIEHAPPY on a nifty blue C2 and HI OFICR on a Torch Red C7. Other plates described their car’s owner like ALS Z06. Later we spotted 57 VET parked near 58 VET. Since your author has a bit of a fetish for yellow Callaway Corvettes we were especially smitten by ARO TRBO on the back of 1990 Callaway Aerobody coupe. Meanwhile KIKSAZZ pretty much sums up how most Corvette owners feel about their rides. Finally, Star Wars fans would love to UZ D 4CE to move slower cars out the way.

  2. Vanity plate on my 2018 Lpng Beach Red Grand Sport is ENUF HP. My plate holder says Retired and Spending It.

  3. PURRVET – b/c I’m Dr. Purr (a small animal veterinarian with a passion for feline medicine and surgery) and my vette purrs…always hoping to see her in these photos – been going to Carlisle the past 3 years with her!
    2005 LeMans Blue Coupe named Arabella.

  4. I had a boastful “400 HP” on my 1969 Corvette (tri-power with hydraulic lifters). One day at a stoplight a C2 pulled up beside me, idling roughly and loudly at about 1200 RPM. He issued a challenge, which I accepted, which allowed me to see that he did not have a custom plate on the REAR of his Corvette. 🙂
