Simeone Museum to Celebrate Corvette Racing with Doug Fehan and Tommy Milner

How would you like to meet Corvette Racing Program Manager Doug Fehan and two-time Le Mans winner Tommy Milner?

You can do it at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia on Oct. 23-24 when Fehan and Milner will be appearing during weekend devoted to Corvette Racing.

On Friday evening from 6:30 to 7 p.m., the two men will be at a reception, followed by a buffet dinner from 7 to 9 p.m. and then an autograph session from 9 to 9:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Tommy and Doug return and will tell their personal racing stories as well as host an auction of Corvette Racing memorabilia to benefit the Simeone Foundation. There will also be an autograph session with the duo. Corvette Racing partner’s Michelin and Mobil 1 will also be presenting on Saturday morning.

Saturday is also special as the Simeone plans to break out their original 1963 Grand Sport #GS002 and will demo the historic racer in their parking lot.

We don’t have to tell you how successful Corvette Racing has been under Fehan’s leadership – with almost 100 race wins, 10 team championships, nine driver championships, and eight victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1999. This will be a special event for Corvette Racing fans.

You can buy tickets online for each day. Friday evening’s tickets are $45 each, including cash bar while Saturday’s event ticket is $12 each. They can be ordered online at this website: www.simeonemuseum.org.

Or you can call the Simeone Museum at 215-365-7233.

The museum itself features one of the world’s greatest collections of racing sports cars. Assembled over 50 years by Dr. Frederick Simeone, the museum contains more than 65 historically significant cars, including Corvette, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Mercedes, Jaguar, Bentley, Porsche, Aston Martin, Ford, and others.
