While Labor Day weekend typically signals the end of summer, temperatures are still high and sometimes it seems the hot summer days can only be chased away by a quick run to the neighborhood ice cream shop.
But for one C7 Corvette Stingray owner, a routine trip to town was made more memorable for what happened outside shop.
WSOCTV.com says a yellow Corvette Stingray lost control in an ice cream shop’s parking lot Sunday morning in Midland, North Carolina.
The Yellow Stingray crashed into a power pole around 11:00 am Sunday morning at the Sundae Shoppe on Highway 601 and Highway 24/27.
The driver is okay and the raw video below shows police routing traffic through a gas station parking lot while crews attended to the accident scene.
