[PIC] NBA Star Carmelo Anthony Receives a Corvette Stingray for his 30th Birthday

This week we’re giving MVP honors to LaLa Vazquez. She’s the wife of New York Knicks Forward Carmelo Anthony and on Wednesday she surprised her star NBA husband with a black 2014 Corvette Stingray Coupe for his 30th birthday.

The photo was posted on LaLa’s Instagram account along with this caption:

@carmeloanthony I met u when u were 19…fell in love with u when u were 20…& TODAY we celebrate your 30th BIRTHDAY! hope you enjoy ur new Corvette Stingray from me with ALL MY LOVE!!! Thank you @therealswizzz & @dancyautogroup for making today so special!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY!!! I LOVE U

I like the idea of surprising someone with a new car as a gift almost as much as having someone surprise me with a new Stingray. But like a pair of shoes, you got to know how its going to fit. Carmelo is a big guy at 6’8″ so hopefully he can reach the pedals fits into the car and is comfortable.
