Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Nov. 13th

Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingray, Grand Sports and Z06s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top Corvette seller.

In this week’s Delivery Dispatch, Mike shares the photos of happy customers picking up their new Corvettes. We also see several non-Corvette deliveries. Mike shares the news that Criswell Chevrolet received the 2015 Dealer of the Year Award and several Chevrolet execs were in town to present the award. Finally, Mike wraps it up with a round-up of cool Corvette photos, throwbacks and barnfinds.

~I receive inquiries/questions from all over the World about America’s #1 Sports car…The Corvette brings in a broad range of people…but one of my favorites this year just occurred. A Forum member from Texas stopped by to visit as he was in the DC/MD area on business. He had asked if I could send a Red Corvette postcard to his Grandson as he was turning 10 yrs old on Nov 10th. So I gave him a Corvette poster and mailed out some postcards wishing him well.

~Hugh P. from Oakton, Virginia factory ordered his ’14 Z51 last time from Criswell and this time he bought a new 2016 Z51 out of inventory. He picked out a Long Beach Red Z51 with 7spd manual.

~Ethan C. from Jacksonville, Florida factory ordered a new ’17 Z06 Cpe in Watkins Glen Gray with Black interior, 3LZ pkg, 7spd manual, Black wheels, Red Seat belts and much more. Ethan had a blast picking his new Z up at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY.

~Russ D. from Tellico Plains, Tenn. factory ordered a new 2017 Arctic White Z51 cpe and decided to pick it up at the Corvette Museum since it is just across the border from his home. Russ ordered his Z51 with Magnetic Ride, 7spd manual trans, Nav/PDR, Transparent top and much more.

~Rich R. from Jacksonville, Oregon factory ordered his new ’17 GS to be shipped to Criswell so we could PDI and prepare it for delivery via enclosed trailer to his home in Oregon. I met the Plycon truck just after 7am yesterday at Criswell to take these pictures of his new GS headed West. Rich chose Long Beach Red with Kalahari interior, 3LT pkg, Auto trans, Dual roof, Black Wheels with the red stripe and much more.

~Willie J. and his wife from Denham Springs, Louisiana factory ordered a ’17 Grand Sport Convt in Watkins Glen Gray with Red interior, chrome wheels, 3LT pkg. They are waiting patiently to pick it up at the Corvette Museum next week.

~Last week our General Manager Kevin S. accepted the 2015 Dealer of the Year Award from some Chevrolet Execs.

~Corvette truckloads arrive it seems like every other day…

~Since I sold Harry Criswell’s demo last week (C7R Convt) he chose a new ’17 Z06 in Black Rose with Kalahari as his demo.
