Corvette Racing Program Manager Doug Fehan and two-time Le Mans champ Tommy Milner will be on hand for all the fun, along with Richard Prince, official photographer for Corvette Racing.
Fehan and Milner will recap the 2016 Corvette Racing season and then sign autographs during a buffet dinner on Friday, Oct. 21. (Tickets must be purchased in advance for the dinner.)
You won’t want to miss the driving demonstration on Saturday, Oct. 22 when the Simeone Museum will fire up their 1963 Corvette Grand Sport #GS002 originally owned by the legendary Roger Penske. Fehan and Milner will then host a Corvette Racing memorabilia auction and share stories about the history of Corvette Racing and their own careers.
If you love the original Grand Sports, then you’ll want to buy a raffle ticket for the chance to take a ride in the #2 car. (All tickets must be purchased in person.) “Bring earplugs just in case you win – this is the loudest car in the entire museum collection!” the museum warns.
Saturday morning, Richard Prince will present a photo show focusing on the high points of Corvette Racing and some of his memorable experiences with the team.
The 2015 edition was a smashing success with rave reviews from all in attendance, and this event has quickly become a must-attend event for all Corvette enthusiasts.
Tickets will likely go fast to this event, so be sure to visit this link as soon as possible: October 21-22 2016: Simeone Museum hosts Corvette Racing Weekend with Doug Fehan and Tommy Milner.
