[SPIED] Lone C8 Corvette Prototype Spotted in Fenton, Michigan

Thanks to @bluekts on Instagram, we have this sighting of a lone C8 Corvette prototype in Fenton, Michigan. The photo and video of the C8 were shared with the Michigan Corvette Owner’s group on Instagram.

The video shows the C8 Corvette in a residential area as it accelerates from a stop sign.

The engine note is there, and with rumors of around 500-hp on tap, that exhaust sounds really no different than the C7 Stingray or Grand Sport, or even a Z06 at those low RPMs.

With any sighting these days, our eyes go straight to wing spoiler to see what’s going on. This one appears to have the angle of the spoiler raked further back then some of the others we’ve seen that look like they are almost at a 90-degree angle from the deck.
