Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Sept 25th

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

Another busy week for Mike as he helps to make his customer’s Corvette Dreams come true. This week we got some great photos of these new COrvettes and the happy customers taking delivery. Mike also sells other vehicles other than the Corvette (gasp, I know!) and if you’re looking for something that’s not America’s Favorite Sports Car, let him know! ~Drove my Pearl White 70th Anniversary Corvette Convertible to the Farm near my house this fine Sunday. Perfect weather for top down driving.

~Another Wednesday at Criswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Beautiful weather and my third Corvette truckload received this week with more to follow.

~Starting tomorrow Scrape Armor will have an LPO code to order from the Factory! Criswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg, MD Service also Carry’s them in our parts department and Service can install.

~ Great cause and now is a great time to help out…The Bowling Green Firefighter’s Association and Bowling Green Fire Department are proud to introduce the First Annual Bowling Green Fire Department Chief 1 Edition 2022 C8 Corvette! This beautiful vehicle has been a dream of the BGFD for years! Built here in our great city of Bowling Green, this iconic car is an honor to have in our fleet since our department currently provides fire, rescue, and EMS services for the GM Assembly Plant and National Corvette Museum. The Chief 1 Corvette has been in service since April 2022 for various public relations events.

Our wish for the BGFD to have a Corvette would not have come true without the help of many individuals! After a very long and tiring search for an opportunity to purchase this dream car, Mike Furman of Corvettefurman.com heard our story and immediately helped us in locating an allocation. Additionally, Chet Baigh, of Aerolarri, donated a set of wheels.

The First Annual Bowling Green Fire Department Chief 1 Edition 2022 C8 Corvette will be raffled on November 19th at 8pm CST at the BGFA’s 8th Annual Fireman’s Ball sponsored by ServPro of Warren County. This event will be held at the National Corvette Museum. A limited number of 911 raffle tickets will be sold. Raffle Tickets are $150 each! Tickets to attend the Fireman’s Ball are $60 each. (You do not have to be present at the ball to win, but we encourage our raffle ticket purchasers to join us!) Mission Catering will be preparing delicious food for this year’s ball and The Spazmatics provided by Anytime Fitness will be providing entertainment. ~C8 Corvette deliveries for the week

~Farheen and Syed M. of Wesley Chapel, Florida ordered from me a Torch Red 2023 Corvette coupe and I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery at their local Chevrolet dealership in Plant City, FL. Equipment: 2LT, CF full length stripes, bright red calipers, CF painted wheels, torch red seat belts and high wing spoiler. Quick email just received… Hi Mike,

~R.O. of Bergen County, New Jersey has bought 2 new Tahoes from me and today he took delivery of his 4th Corvette from me. Previous Corvette years are 2014, 2017, 2019 Z06(traded today) and this morning he drove home in a Red Mist 2023 Corvette Z51 Convertible. We had dinner last night at the local Firebirds restaurant as he drove 4 hours down yesterday afternoon and he met me early at Criswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg, MD. Equipment list: 2LT, GT2 seats, stealth trim, front lift, magnetic ride, edge red calipers, black exhaust tips, machine faced wheels and Z51 pkg. He is now headed North the 230 miles to his NJ home.

~Buddy B. of Steelton, Pennsylvania factory ordered from me an Arctic White 2023 Corvette Convertible with the Adrenaline Red interior. Just a mere 100 mile ride down this morning and he will enjoy the convertible ride home with his granddaughter. Equipment list: 2LT, front lift, magnetic ride, bright red calipers, Z51 pkg and more. We first met at the Corvettes at Carlisle event two years ago.

~And here are a couple of non-Corvette deliveries

~A few other non Corvette deliveries to my previous customers from the past 15-20 years took delivery this past week. John and Cindy of Keedysville, MD drove home a new 2022 Silverado ZR2 Crew cab with the 6.2 V8…Jon M. of Gaithersburg, MD took delivery of a new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox… and David and Susan of Potomac, MD added a beautiful 2023 Rapid Blue Camaro ZL1 Convertible to their 20+ car garage.

~Halas Farms of Danbury, CT has been owned by the Halas family for 2 years shy of 100 years! Incredible history and Mike H. and I go back to the 1985 time frame when we first met and Mike always makes the 290 mile trip down to Maryland for his family vehicles. Today he brought his son Michael to drive home home his new 2022 Silverado 3500High Country crew cab with the Duramax Diesel in Northsky Blue metallic. They always bring me a nice gift box from the family farm and they out did themselves today. This truck was special ordered for Halas Farms and it is a beauty that will be put to great use in Danbury, CT.

~ This weeks top 100 Corvette barn finds and throwback pics with a nod to my old customer Frank Class. This was always his favorite section each week as he owned 50 Corvettes from 1957 on up and I sold Frank his last 5 Corvettes. Each Spring he would call me and say he wanted to buy his “last” Corvette…5 years in a row and we had fun every Spring. I miss him tremendously.

Happened to be in AC Sunday picking up Toys from the SJR-SCCA’a AutoX at Bader Field. I swung by Ciocca Corvette’s who is who the toys are for. It was closed, but I bet they had 200 C8s waiting for their new owners to pick up. Took some photos but I don’t think I can post them here. I won’t get a chance to get back till Friday and I bet 100 of the C8s are gone. That’s a 100 new C8s delivered in 4 days. Mike can only dream.
