Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for May 1st

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

This week’s addition is always one of our favorites of the year as Mike shares his photos and updates from the NCM Bash! In addition to Bash photos, Mike shares these select deliveries including a Rapid Blue Coupe being delivered at the NCM and staged in front of a new mural already in progress. ~Flew in at midnight Friday night and back at Criswell Chevrolet 6:45 am this fine Saturday morning delivering new Corvettes. I wish I could stay for the last day of the Bash, maybe someday. It was great seeing everyone and enjoyed every moment at the Corvette Bash held at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY.

~The “Living the Dream” Wall at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY is getting re painted.

~I had the honor to meet Fire Chief Justin Brooks of the Bowling Green, Kentucky Fire Department this past Wednesday at the National Corvette Museum. The men and woman of this Fire Dept are led by an incredible man and I look forward to assisting them any way that I can in the future. A few weeks ago they took delivery of vin “911” at the Museum that they will raffle off for the City of Bowling Green and it’s improvements. I believe there will only be so many tickets. Great chance to win a brand new 2022 Torch Red Corvette!

“On Wednesday, I was fortunate to meet Mr. Mike Furman. Mr. Furman is the man who gave our Association and Department the allocation for the Corvette. What I didn’t expect to get from the meeting was his “why” for never blinking at the opportunity to help us out. He shared a story about his son, of how an accident 10 years ago still affects his family’s life today. He is forever grateful to all first responders, especially firefighters. The man is beyond successful. #1 in Corvette sales Worldwide. Behind all of his success, we find a heart for service. His mission is a lot like ours in that he lives to “Make It Better”. We hope he accepts our invitation to attend our 8th annual Firemen’s Ball November 19th. Sometimes you come across people and realize how special they are. It goes without saying that we are forever grateful that our paths crossed. “

Tickets will be available most likely within 90 days and here is the spread of charity with this raffle by the Bowling Green Fire department…”So this money will go back to the people that need it in Bowling Green and Warren County. Our big programs are “Shop with a Firefighter” and our Thanksgiving baskets. We are also giving back to the schools who give to the families and kids that need it. We’ve also done a lot for the tornado victims in the area.”

~Met up with Randy and Ruth Howard along with Laurie Grubb at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY the other day. This group does tremendous work on behalf of St. Jude! Finding cures~Saving children. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital~ Danny Thomas~founder

~C4 Corvette Red interior vs the new Red Dipped interior for the new 2023 C8 Corvette. That C4 seat is one of my favorites of all time. I’m really liking the new Adrenaline Red dipped interior for 2023, available on all Corvettes with 3LT or 3LZ pkg.

~Malcolm Konner made it to the Finals in the voting for the National Corvette Museum Hall of Fame. All the folks were worthy Corvette enthusiasts that did so much for the Corvette brand. Congrats to one and all. Everyone is a winner in my eyes.

Some C8 Corvette deliveries this week.

~Anthony B. of Aurora, Colorado placed his corvette order with me and opted to take delivery at the museum in Bowling Green, KY. This past Friday Anthony and family/friends had the red carpet rolled out by the Museum staff. Anthony ordered an Accelerate Yellow 2022 Corvette Convt with Natural interior. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 seats, CF roof and Nacelles, front lift, and yellow seat belts. Cool combo for sure!

~Jung P. And Caroline of White Marsh, Maryland last ordered a white Red 2014 Corvette from me and last Tuesday they took delivery of a new Arctic White with Adrenaline red interior black top 2022 Corvette convertible. They knew I was flying to Bowling Green this afternoon so they arrived early for their delivery appt. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 buckets, CF instrument panel, mag ride, bright red calipers and red seat belts. Two super nice folks now have their world class sports car.

~Andrew and Jamie S. of Knoxville, Tennessee factory ordered their Rapid Blue 2022 Corvette from me and yesterday was their special day at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Check out the Sky Cool Gray seats!! Great color combo. I am sure they had the red carpet rolled out for their delivery today as the Corvette Bash festivities were wrapping up!

~Steve N. of Longwood, Florida always wanted a Corvette after a Corvette ride a long time ago from a college friend of his brother Tom. So yesterday Steve flew up from Florida and Tom flew in from Atlanta and the two of them will enjoy the 1st day of Corvette ownership together as they drive down Rt 95 South. Top down was the first order of business. Steve ordered a Hypersonic Gray metallic 2022 Corvette Convertible with Natural interior. Equipment list:: 2LT pkg, GT2 buckets, CF painted Nacelles and roof, spectra gray wheels, and composite rockers.

~If you are in and around Kentucky with your Corvette on May 21st 2022…Check out the Wilderness Trail Distillery Corvette Cruise-in. 11am-3pm located at 4095 Lebanon rd Danville, KY. This sounds like a blast and I only wish I could attend.
