Happy Monday, Corvette friends!
As always, we trust you had a safe and productive weekend!
I have some great news in regards to my midyear Corvette. As you may remember, I got home from a drive a couple months back and later that evening I saw the contents of the radiator on the garage floor. I contacted DeWitts Radiators in Michigan about a replacement and even though they were closed due to the Coronavirus shutdown, I was able to secure a date-coded “941 Restoration Radiator” for my small-block ’66. It arrived last week and it looks like we are going to install it on Thursday. So stay tuned for more on that front!
This week’s Midyear Monday photo gallery looks to be a good one. Thanks to all those who submitted photos! A reader named Bill Wright sent me some great vintage photos of his 1963 Corvette which we are leading off with while our featured image above comes from our classified ads website, VetteFinders.com, showing a Silver 1963 Corvette Sting Ray that was just listed for sale. The Fuelie Corvette has an asking price of $135K so “better bring a banker” as one of our former contributors used to say!
